" Parfaite introduction pour commencer la decouverte de la cuisine locale ! Direct po'boy avec ici le fameux Ferdi special qui comprend leur celebre jambon cuit, du roast beef et les <<debris>> a savoir des chutes de boeuf effilochees gorgees de sauce gravy. J'ai aussi pu gouter mon premier gumbo, a la saucisse et au poulet que j'ai trouve delicieux. La salade de pomme de terre etait elle aussi nickel. Le lieu est bien dans son jus, c'est familial, la clientele est tres diversifiee et le service nonchalant."

"A ne pas louper a la Nouvelle-Orleans Si vous voulez deguster de la cuisine typique de la region c'est l'endroit ou aller, mais sachez qu'il faut faire la queue pour pouvoir manger ! Pendant ce temps penser a recuperer une feuille de menu et choisir vos plats. La queue est tres rapide, et il n'est pas toujours facile de s'y retrouver dans le menu lorsqu'on est francais ! Je vais vous indiquer 3 plats typique que nous avons adore lors de notre passage. Seafood Gumb Maes Gumbo Jambalaya et en dessert j'ai goute le Pecan Pie que j'ai bien aime par contre j'ai deteste la tarte a la patate douce dont je ne me rappel plus le nom ! Quand vous arrivez sur la caisse a votre gauche il y a un exemple de taille des volumes : le cup, le regular et le large Personnellement a chaque fois nous avons demande le regular ! Le tarif est tout a fait raisonnable pour Nola"
